The most noticeable growth came from smaller places: up 11% in the category of towns with up to 99,000 residents and up 14% in cities of 100,000–299,000.

- Yerevan, Megamall — $26,000, the CIS leader;
- Kirov, Maxi mall — $25,000;
- Izhevsk, Moy Port shopping centre — $21,000;
- Salekhard (49,000) — $11,000;
- Dubai, The Circle Mall — $57,019, the best-performing international arena.
