How the list was put together
It is based on a review of more than a hundred franchises from popular rankings. We assessed them on seven criteria:
- A promising field. Growing industries with steady demand: food service, healthcare, marketplaces, entertainment and esports.
- Size of the investment. What matters is not only the amount, but the chance to start with sensible costs.
- Profit. A higher score goes to those that reach income in the first months of work.
- Payback. The best result is a return on the investment within 12–18 months.
- Number of locations. The more locations are up and running, the more trust the model earns.
- Size of the royalty. A modest royalty combined with strong support from the franchisor.
- Features and innovation. A unique product, an in-house ERP, exclusive offers.
Every franchise on the list offers not only a profitable model, but noticeable partner support, flexible formats and resilience to market changes.

What makes these franchises attractive
Above all, models proven over time and adapted to the current market. Each of them supports the partner at every stage: from the concept to running the business. Formats are becoming more flexible — from compact cafés to full-scale entertainment complexes — so an entrepreneur can pick a model to fit their budget and their city.
Data on the franchises other than WARPOINT is given as the companies themselves and open rankings publish it; check the terms at the moment you apply.
