Frequently asked questions
We have gathered what people ask most often
How does the subscription differ from the franchise?
The subscription is an independent launch under your own brand: the WARPOINT game library, materials, a knowledge base and technical support. The franchise is a launch under the WARPOINT brand following a ready business model with the management company's support.
What is included in the subscription?
The game library with regular updates, adaptation of the play area to your premises, technical support, a knowledge base with video lessons, marketing materials and launch guidelines.
Do I have to pay a lump-sum fee and royalties?
No. In the subscription format the lump-sum fee is $0 and royalties are 0%. The entrepreneur pays for the chosen subscription plan.
Can I operate under my own brand?
Yes. The subscription format lets you launch and grow a VR arena under your own brand. Operating under the WARPOINT brand is covered by the franchise format.
What premises suit a VR arena?
From 430 to 5,400 sq ft, ceilings from 8 ft, capacity from 3 kW, internet from 20 Mbps, level floors and no direct sunlight. The play area is adapted to the geometry of the hall, its columns and obstacles.
What equipment is required?
You will need VR headsets, a control computer, network equipment and a tablet. A ready-made kit for 6, 8 or 10 players can be selected.
What software is needed to operate?
The WARPOINT game content is included in the subscription. Business management software — CRM, a booking system, accounting and other tools — is arranged by the entrepreneur.
How long does the launch take?
The reference launch time is 15 days from signing. Within that time the venue is set up and the staff is trained.
What support does the entrepreneur get?
Remote setup and help with technical questions, access to a knowledge base with video lessons, and marketing materials.
Can I test the games before launching?
Yes. We provide 15 days of free trial access to the games so you can evaluate the product before launching.
