Smaller cities compete with major metropolises
- Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (population 189,000) — $29,000;
- Kirov (475,000) — $27,000;
- Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (181,000) — $22,000;
- Vyborg (70,000) — $8,100.
For VR arenas, summer means school holidays, graduation parties and birthdays, and venues in smaller cities make the most of it just as well as those in the capital.
