The TOURNAMENT BRACKET service was built to reduce these differences and make working with tournament brackets smoother and more convenient. It is currently in beta testing, but already offers plenty of features.
Working with TOURNAMENT BRACKET
The main menu
- “Continue” — lets you carry on with a tournament you have already started.
- “New tournament” — takes you to creating a new bracket for a new tournament.
- “Exit” — closes the app.
Creating a new tournament
1. General information
This section lets you upload the tournament logo (recommended aspect ratio 1:1, PNG format) and enter the tournament name, the host city and the start and end dates. Here you can also add sponsor logos (up to six, aspect ratio 21:9, PNG format).
At the moment TOURNAMENT BRACKET supports the single-elimination format with a choice of the number of teams (8, 16 or 32). You can also switch on the losers bracket, as in the Double Elimination format.
In this section you can add teams, entering the details of at least two players. Each team can be deleted or edited.
You can seed the teams manually by dragging them with the mouse, or use the buttons for automatic seeding and shuffling.
