Elvira never planned to open a VR business. Working as a warehouse manager in Novy Urengoy, she looked forward to family visits and relaxation time. During one such trip to Tyumen, her children took her to the WARPOINT VR park as a surprise. At first, she hesitated to participate, but after experiencing the game, she realized she wanted to bring this kind of entertainment to her hometown, where similar experiences were lacking.
Returning home, Elvira decided to contact WARPOINT about a potential franchise. Although the path to launch came with challenges and some doubts from her social circle, she signed a partnership agreement on March 9, 2023. She invested approximately $56,700 and fully recovered this amount within the first year.
Her grand opening on May 6 was a success, generating about $412 in revenue on the first day alone. Inspired by the success of the first location, she’s now planning to open a second arena and a lounge area to accommodate more guests.
