WARPOINT BOOKING is a comprehensive ecosystem that gathers, stores, and links data from all on-location business processes. From form submissions on the website to player registration, payment processing, and game launching, this system integrates every aspect seamlessly.

Our ecosystem includes a range of modules and products, such as online booking, an electronic logbook, a loyalty system, gift certificate sales and tracking, inventory management, a client dashboard, a mobile app, analytics, and much more.

With WARPOINT BOOKING, franchise networks can collect, analyze, and monitor all key metrics in one place. This makes VR club operations more transparent and convenient while enhancing the efficiency of each location and the network as a whole.

An easy-to-use page where clients can book a game or submit an event request.
Electronic log module
Allows administrators to manage bookings and check schedule availability.
Request list module
View all bookings in list mode with search and filtering options.
Booking management module
Adjustable booking statuses, adding products/services, payment options, an internal comment chat for bookings, operation history, and detailed client information.
Sales module
Sale of short attraction sessions, products, services, certificates, merchandise, etc.
Payment processing module
Multiple payment methods, including cash, card, link, certificate, or bonuses, and the ability to send payment links or pay directly in the booking widget.
Loyalty system module
A tool to increase the frequency of visits and retain customers.

The ability to flexibly configure the methods and scenarios for accrual/write-off of bonuses.

The ability to add a progressive scale of bonuses and customer categories (bronze, silver, gold, etc.).
Gift certificate management module
